Questions with clarity
Frequently asked questions
Start here when you want a calm answer before choosing a course or touching a vehicle finish.
Are these courses suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Several lessons begin with washing, inspection, tool awareness, and conservative test spots before introducing more advanced methods.
Will a course guarantee that every scratch disappears?
No. Results depend on scratch depth, paint condition, products, tools, and technique. The courses teach responsible assessment rather than guaranteed outcomes.
How do I know when to call a professional?
Refer work when the defect appears deep, reaches an edge, exposes a different layer, involves corrosion, or requires tools and experience you do not have.
Do I need a machine polisher?
No. Hand-polishing courses are available, while machine lessons explain safe setup and controlled movement for learners who already have suitable equipment.
What is Fallows?
Fallows is the saved-course area. Selecting Save to Fallows stores a course ID in your browser so you can revisit it later.
Does the cart process a real payment?
The current cart is a local demonstration. It calculates quantities and totals in your browser, then shows a confirmation modal without processing a payment.
Can I learn without photographing my vehicle?
Yes. The lessons use observation and written notes, so photography is not required.
How should I choose a first course?
Begin with Surface Inspection Fundamentals or Wash Before Correction, then select a polishing lesson after you understand preparation and finish limits.
Practice with clarity and a soft orbit, steady hand.
